2004: Our New Year Resolution
1/5/2004

Previous Tip Next Tip

As 2004 just began, we’d like to share our new year’s resolution with everyone.

Why?

As we all know, a "resolution" that is kept to oneself can be conveniently forgotten in no time.

But not this year. And not us.

We now make our resolution public so that our clients can keep a close eye on us and, more importantly, hold us accountable.

Here is our New Year Resolution:

1. Pledge our “Five Guarantees” to all of our clients.

With our great record in the past and equipped with newly revised system and streamlined procedures, we are even more confident that we can deliver what is guaranteed and provide peace of mind to our valuable clients.

2. Pledge our loyalty to all of our clients.

With the accounting and financial scandals revealed from Enron to Putnam, it’s even more crucial for a service firm like us to uphold absolute ethical and professional standard on everything we do. And we pledge that the client’s interest must always come first. Period.

3. Pledge our commitment of mastering better technical skills in taxation and financial field to deliver greater value to our clients.

At the end of the day, an honest and trustworthy accountant or financial planner does not automatically save his clients more taxes and grow their hard-earned money with higher efficiency. We pledge to relentlessly invest our resources and make every effort to be a professional firm that possesses hard skills and delivers tangible results to our clients.

We will self examine our pledges throughout 2004 and constantly improve our work. At the end of the year, we will ask our clients to grade our performance and start anew again.
