Guarantees to our clients

Accuracy

We will prepare your tax return accurately from the data you furnished us. If we make any mistake that results in government-imposed penalties/interests, we will pay the penalty/interests associated with our error PLUS refund you $100 service fee.

Punctuality

We will meet the delivery date established with you for any project. If we have received complete data as mutually agreed and failed to deliver the product on time, we will pay $50 a day for each day we are late up to $250.

Sure Response

We will return your phone calls within 8 working hours during any workday. Should we fail on this commitment, we will refund $25 service fee to you for that failure.

No Surprise

We will be honest and uphold the highest professional and ethical standard. Whenever possible, we will quote service fees upfront. If that’s not practical for certain assignments, we will report our work progress and related fees to you at least once a month (except some annual tax returns).

Confidentiality

We will absolutely respect and guarantee the confidentiality of your financial & business information. We will never disclose them to any third party without your specific approval in advance (except under special circumstances such as that required by law).
